About Chocolate | Single Origin

Single origin chocolate is chocolate from a single variety of cocoa grown in a single area. 1^er cru chocolate is the select of the cocoa from a single plantation. The origins are my collection, as I have tasted over 70 origins from different cocoa processors and have selected the 18 for quality and distinctiveness of flavour. The chocolate stands on its own with no added flavoring.
