Chocolate Exquisite
Chocolate Exquisite is dedicated to the manufacture of high quality, hand moulded European style chocolates. The chocolate that is used is French, and the fillings consist of chocolate and natural cream with some flavouring. Each chocolate consists in total of 82 % chocolate, 16.5 % natural cream, and 1.5% flavouring. (These percentages are approximate and would vary immaterially from piece to piece depending on the shape and flavour.) The flavours are natural, but some flavour compounds have some miniscule components in the preservative that would prevent them from being classified as "natural". These can be seen in our detailed descriptions later on in the site.

Shop Update
Thank you to all my cherished clients for your patience, understanding and support during a difficult period for me. We were able to survive the Valentine period and provide product for their gifts, and it resulted in a very successful holiday for all concerned.
At this point I am recovering and things are getting back to normal. I am increasing production to bring up the stock for the origins, and other bars. The truffles are being made every week. New truffle flavours are a Norman Sea Salt and esplanade pepper in the dark, and an onion/garlic almond in the milk. Gelato season is coming, so for March I will have the full seven flavours out on the 5th, and with the warmer weather I will have an additional 10 flavours. We will have extended hours to accommodate the gelato demand once the warmer weather is upon us.
